As we approach the festive season, we will be implementing a change freeze over the Christmas and New Year period. We wanted to make sure that you, our valued customers, know about these important dates ahead of time, to allow you to plan ahead.
Christmas Network Freeze
During Christmas and the New Year there will be a change freeze from Friday 15th December 2023 up to and including Wednesday 3rd January 2024. During this period all non-essential work will be restricted, and no changes will be actioned.

Christmas Opening Hours
IMPORTANT: Please note that during these times, departments will be running on minimal staffing levels and call waiting times may be higher than usual. For our clients who have out of hours support we will have engineers on call throughout the festive period.
We know that your office may be closed over the Christmas period. Please ensure that you have call routing enabled and set up in advance. If you require any help with the set up process please email our service desk on email@example.com by Friday 15th December. This will ensure your changes are applied in advance. Any requests after this date will be subject to a flat rate charge of £100.
