OhTech’s dealership customers were facing ongoing frustrations with their previous voice and data suppliers, primarily due to weak support models and poor service delivery. While the underlying systems were functional, the real issue lay in the inefficiencies around day-to-day operational support. Customers were experiencing excessive delays when requesting new hardware, slow turnaround times for user provisioning, and prolonged fault resolution processes. These challenges impacted productivity and created unnecessary pressure for OhTech’s support teams.


As voice services fell outside OhTech’s core service portfolio, they required a trusted, agile partner who could deliver a responsive, scalable voice solution that aligned with their high standards for customer support and complemented their existing managed IT services.

Following the initial rollouts, KubeNet provided dedicated ongoing support to both OhTech and its clients, including bringing new dealership sites such as Meadens online. Our support model includes proactive monitoring, timely change management, and a single point of contact for all queries or updates. This ensures a high standard of service, minimal downtime, and seamless communication between OhTech, KubeNet, and end users.


Tailored Installations Across Sites


KubeNet engineers were on site at each dealership for deployment to oversee the installation and ensure minimal disruption to day-to-day operations. Each site received a bespoke setup incorporating hosted telephony, softphones, hardphones, and contact centre functionality where required. As needs evolved, we were able to adapt configurations and roll out additional capabilities post-deployment, ensuring continued alignment with each dealership’s growth and support expectations.
