06 Jun Our Terms and Conditions have been updated
Due to changes in EU regulations as a result of GDPR and a change in the cessation terms from our carriers we have had to release a revision to our Terms and Condition. Our new Terms and Conditions are effective from Thursday 7th June 2018.
Below we will detail the changes that we have made in this revision:
Section 6.6 – DSL Cease Charge
Due to a recent increase in the charges Kube receive from selected carriers for ceasing any DSL product that includes, ADSL, FTTC and FTTP. Due to the price increase Kube have had to follow the trend and increase our cease charge respectively.
Section 6.7 – Introduction of Number Porting Out Charge
The Porting Out Charge inclusion is a result of Network Providers applying a charge to all exported telephone numbers on their network to another Public Electronic Communications Network, where the losing partner is not also the Original Range Holder. There is a charge of £25.00 per a successfully exported number now in place
Section 17.0 – Data Protection
Due to recent regulation changes in Europe due to the General Data protection Regulation (GDPR) Kube are required by law to publish how we store your data and how we may use your stored personal data.
