Fraser is a leading figure within the technology and telecommunications industries, with an entrepreneurial approach to business and 30 years’ experience of managing and growing companies within the service & ICT sectors. With board experience at both private and FTSE 250 companies, Fraser is passionate about technology and – along with the board of Directors and management team – has led Kube through unprecedented growth, development and evolution over the last 7 years.
At the head of Kube since day one, Julie (along with Fraser) has built the company from a traditional comms business into a leading technology provider.
With a strong and respected background in operational management, business growth within technology and people industries Julie is a capable, assured and calm presence at Kube’s wheel.
When she’s not engaging with the clients and listening to their needs, Julie is our collaborator in chief – working together with our team, our partners, our suppliers and our customers to develop effective solutions and offer the right products at the right time.
Bob is an influential, respected leader in the telecoms and technology sectors, having been involved in the development and application of digital technologies across the private and public sectors for many years. A former Director in BT Group, where he led the design and build of the UK telecommunications network, today Bob is chair of GSi (a data analytics business), CENSIS (the sensors systems innovation centre) and SEPA (the Scottish Environment Protection Agency), as well as a non-exec director of the Scottish Government, an adviser at the Adam Smith Business School and a Trustee of the Mackintosh Appeal for the Glasgow School of Art.

Service Delivery Manager
In a business that’s all about listening, Lora couldn’t be much more important, solving problems and making improvements wherever possible. In a relatively short time with Kube she’s already made a big impression, not only becoming our resident qualified ITIL expert but also taking a starring role in our Modern Apprenticeship Scheme.
Service Desk Team Leader
Having spent more than 20 years with leading carriers, Richard has found a natural home for his ambitions, he plays a vital role in helping us go the extra mile for customers. So when he’s not helping the Service Desk Team resolve issues, he leads the way on a range of network improvement projects – not only for customers but for KubeNet too.
Over the last few years, Mike’s growth has mirrored our own. While Kube has evolved into a renowned technology business, he’s been developing the kind of expertise that puts us at the forefront of the sector – with a variety of industry-standard network and security qualifications to show for it. Today, he’s one of our most valued engineers.
In the plainest terms, Frank’s job is to make sure that everything we build simply works. With a wealth of experience on data infrastructure and voice to he’s here to offer customers and colleagues expert skills and support at every stage of our projects, ensuring that we do all we can to understand needs and deliver a solution to match.
Business Account Manager
Chris is a great example of what Kube’s all about: he shows how exceptional customer service and technical expertise can fit together perfectly. As an experienced Account Manager with Kube, he now also has an equally impressive understanding of our customers and their needs. It’s knowledge that he puts to good use too, as our lead specialist delivering the network solutions that improve and futureproof our customers’ businesses.
David heads up our billing operations and is our in-house spreadsheet guru, he helps our customers access statistical insights and powerful management information, as well as delivering the convenience of a single, unified invoice. As ambitious as he is invaluable, he’s already had our support to pursue several professional qualifications in his time with us.
A CIMA-qualified management accountant, Angela’s career has included roles in the technology, charity and leisure industries – her experience is vital for a growing, innovative business like ours. As an important member of the team and reporting to the Board, it’s her role to ensure that Kube’s finance team runs smoothly and the management information is on strategy.
A network expert with an impressive background in enterprise and blue chip businesses. For him, creating robust and reliable networks that offer a good return on investment all starts with a sound understanding of the customer. So while we’re an agile and forward-thinking business, thanks to Andrew we’re also one where careful preparation and good design pay real dividends.
Alan brings experience and expertise in equal measure to our customers. As a self confessed “King of the Geeks” Alan’s detailed and in depth technology knowledge extends to over 16 years in the business, building and developing business class technology solutions that work.
Meet some of our Trainees and Modern Apprentices
Billing & Finance Team
Abbeigh has made the leap from studying human biology to working with a leading technology provider via the Modern Apprenticeship programme. The transition from academia to workplace hasn’t fazed her at all, her willingness, commitment to customer service and attention to detail meant it wasn’t long before she was a valued member of the team working towards her CIMA qualification.
Callum came through the Modern Apprentice scheme and is continuing his Cisco development with Kube. He has brought a fresh perspective to the team (not to mention a sense of humour). Having joined the team hungry for a practical understanding of leading technologies, he passed his apprenticeship qualifications well ahead of schedule. Now, when he’s not working on key projects behind the scenes, he’s playing his part in providing our industry-leading customer service.
Business Support Team
Ryan’s learning journey with Kube is driven by service delivery. With a firm eye on his future and having already managed several customer fulfilment projects, Ryan’s determined to continue developing his technology and project management skills as well as climb his career ladder with our support.
