With the festive season now upon us, there are some important operational dates we need to share with you. Please review the information below and get in touch if you have any requirements or would like to discuss further.

Festive Telephony changes

As many businesses will be closed over the festive period, please remember to apply any call routing changes required. If you require assistance setting up any diverts, messages or call forwards please log a ticket request via support@kubenet.net by Friday 18th December so that changes can be implemented in advance. Requests outside of this period potentially may not be actioned in time.

Number Port Requests

Due to the Christmas Porting Freeze, port date requests will not be available between Monday 21st December and Tuesday 29th December.

Christmas Network Freeze

There will be a change freeze during the festive period between Monday 14th December 2020 and Wednesday 6th January 2021 inclusive. Non-essential work during this time will be restricted.

Please note during these times each department will be operating on minimal staffing levels and call waiting times may be slightly higher than usual.
